According to arrangement of the meeting, the 13^th President’s Office Meeting of the 5^th Session of CISA will be held on the afternoon of January 10^th to review and approve the conference agenda and discuss and study major issues related to the industry; the Sixth General Meeting of China Iron and Steel Industry Association will be held on January 11^th in which relevant leaders of competent department of the State Council will attend on invitation and make speeches and President Gao Xiangming will make work report on behalf of the 5^th Council. The meeting will also review and approve the newly revised the Constitution of the China Iron and Steel Association and vote standing directors of the sixth council, standing directors and secretary-general.

From January 10th to 11th, 2020, the Sixth General Meeting of China Iron and Steel Industry Association and the Report on Cooperation and Development of Steel Industry Chain Will Be Held in Beijing Friendship Hotel. This meeting will be important to implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Conference in which CEOs of leading enterprises of automobile, shipbuilding, building and steel industry will attend and make reports focusing on cooperation and development of steel industry chain, analyzing the change trend of demand in application of steel materials and displaying broad space for cooperation of upstream and downstream sectors.
